Voluntarily submitted information. If you subscribe to the Vital Stream newsletter, submit a contact inquiry, or complete a purchase, we collect your name and email address. Payment is processed by Stripe on behalf of Vital Revival Institute, LLC; we do not store your credit card number or financial account information.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use automatically collected data only to understand how the site is used and to improve its content and performance. We do not sell, share, or rent this data.

We use your name and email address to send the Vital Stream newsletter and to respond to direct inquiries. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Lawful basis (for visitors in the European Union and UK). We collect and process your personal data on the following bases: your consent, given at the point of opt-in, for newsletter communications; contractual necessity, for data required to process a purchase; and our legitimate interest in responding to direct inquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time.

3. Email and Newsletter
If you subscribe to Vital Stream, your name and email are stored in Ontraport, our email management platform. Ontraport processes this data on our behalf and is contractually bound to protect it. Subscribing requires your active, affirmative consent — pre-checked boxes are not used. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly. We will remove you promptly.

4. Cookies
NiikaQ.com uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to support basic site functionality and to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use cookies to serve advertising or track you across other websites.
You may set your browser to refuse cookies. Some site features may not function correctly if you do.

5. Third-Party Services
NiikaQ.com uses the following third-party services:
Ontraport — email list management and CRM. Stores your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or complete a booking. Ontraport processes this data on our behalf and is contractually bound to protect it.
Stripe — payment processing. Handles all financial transactions securely. VRI does not store your payment card information.
Calendly — session scheduling. Collects your name, email, and booking details when you schedule a session. Calendly may use cookies to support its scheduling functionality. Your use of the booking tool is subject to Calendly’s Privacy Policy, available at calendly.com/privacy.
Web hosting — our hosting provider collects standard technical data including IP addresses and page visits for security and performance purposes.
These providers access your information only as needed to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for other purposes. We do not display third-party advertising on this site.

6. Your Safety
If, during a live online or in-person session, you appear to be in need of emergency medical assistance, VRI may share your contact information with emergency services. VRI may also disclose information if we have reasonable concern for your safety or the safety of others. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to these limited disclosures.

7. Payment Processing
Purchases made on NiikaQ.com are processed by Stripe on behalf of Vital Revival Institute, LLC. When you complete a purchase, your financial information is submitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s privacy policy and security standards. VRI retains only your name, email, and a record of the transaction.

8. International Visitors and Data Transfers
Vital Revival Institute, LLC is based in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States — including from the European Union, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, or any other country — please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. US privacy law may differ from the laws of your home country. By submitting your information, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer.
Your data is stored on US-based servers operated by Ontraport and Stripe. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.

9. Data Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as you are subscribed to Vital Stream or engaged in correspondence with us. You may request deletion of your information at any time, and we will honor that request promptly unless we are required by law to retain it.

10. Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion of that information, and to withdraw consent to any use of your data.

11. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to request information about the personal data we collect, use, and disclose.
