All content on NiikaQ.com — including written articles, frameworks, photographs, and design — is owned by Vital Revival Institute, LLC or used with permission. You may read and share individual pieces for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or adapt this content without written permission.

3. Purchases and Payment
Select services may be purchased through NiikaQ.com. All purchases are processed through Stripe on behalf of Vital Revival Institute, LLC. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method in the amount shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
All sales are final. VRI does not offer refunds on any service purchased through this site. If you have a concern about your purchase, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

4. Chargebacks
Because all sales are final and this no-refund policy is stated clearly prior to purchase, VRI does not accept chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer, VRI reserves the right to report the dispute to credit reporting agencies and dispute resolution databases. Your name, email, order date, and billing information may be included in that report. We encourage you to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a dispute with your card issuer.

5. Media Release
By participating in any live online session or in-person event through NiikaQ.com, you consent to photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings that may be made and that may include your image, voice, or likeness. Recordings may be shared with current or prospective clients. If you have concerns about recording, please contact us before your session.

6. Termination
You may terminate your use of any service at any time by contacting us at niika@niikaq.com. VRI reserves the right to terminate your access to any service at any time, at our sole discretion, including for non-payment or breach of these Terms. All outstanding balances remain due upon termination. Intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions survive termination.

7. Not Professional Advice
Nothing on NiikaQ.com constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The content is offered for informational and educational purposes only. Niika Quistgard holds 20+ years of clinical experience in sensory-based healing and is not a licensed mental health professional, physician, or attorney. Nothing on this site creates a practitioner-client relationship.

11. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with VRI, please contact us first. If we cannot resolve it informally, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The maximum remedy available through arbitration is a full refund of amounts paid. No consequential, special, or punitive damages may be awarded. You agree not to make disparaging public statements about VRI, Niika Quistgard, or any VRI service during or after a dispute, except as required by law or legal process.

We may update or remove content from this site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
